Horrible nightmare 😫

We checked in at 9:00 pm after long drive . Had to check out within 10 minutes. Why ? Check out the picture . Sanitized toilet with cigarettes buds , used hawai chappals as room slipper., Broken light lamp with risky electric wire , and So much more. I never recommend to anyone.

Hotel is too far from city. This is basically highway hotel not recommended for family. AC and TV are only for show, both are not in working. Images shown on Internet are not correct, it shows neat and clean but actually its too much messy. There are too many Columbidae who made nest in windows and their wings were spread all over. Most terrible service received, there's no hot water, they are saying 24 hours hot water but actually no hot water available in the morning and afternoon as well. Very poor and slow service by staff. Takes too much time for providing service inspite on multiple reminders. Which caused delay in my other schedule of sight seeing of Jhodhpur. Food quality is ok. Reception staff is arrogant. Overall not recommended. You may spoil your day and vacation.

.. This hotel is not for family Don't Book,....................... Worst,poor service No Ac No hot water The money is taken by the aircondiner room but the service does not provide for a simple room as well as the staff does not speak well.

Hotel is listing in OYO, booked through OYO & made payment, hotel denied checking due to low price, I have family with me & mid night no option to search & choose another place. OYO service is pathetic, no response. Mid night I had to search & find another place for my family with 2 years old kid with me. Never book this hotel.

We stayed one night here. Rooms and bathrooms are okay. But the blankets/quilts were dirty. Hot water facility is very good. Food is poor. They served parathas without any subzi for breakfast. Poha was there. That's all. Location wise it is far away from the city. It is not value for money I felt. For the money they charge, they need to improve upon cleanliness and service.
